The location of Altavilla 9 was a real highlight, just a short walk to Termini station. This made it easy to access the subway and buses for sightseeing. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help. However, the room itself was a bit cramped and outdated. Our air conditioning struggled to cool the space effectively, and the shower had lukewarm water at times, which was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast room seemed quite dated and could use some updates.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the train station! We found it easy to access all the main tourist spots. The beds were made daily. Our quadruple room was simply furnished, which worked well for our family of four.
